Ryan Rockwell
Born 8:16:30 PM, 15 December 2006, La Jolla, California. 8 pounds, 12.2 ounces (3,975g). 20" (51 cm). The technical gobbledygook after each shot is the equipment I used for each photo. Many photographer friends ask. 25 January 2008, Friday

Eating one of Daddy's lens caps. (Nikon D3, 50mm f/1.4 AF-D,1/125 at f/1.4, auto everything, Auto ISO chose ISO 280, VIVID +3 saturation. The natural light falloff (darkened corners) at f/1.4 helps focus the attention on Ryan, not the side of the image.) Ready to chomp at Claim Jumper. (Nikon D3, 50mm f/1.4 AF-D,manual everything: 1/60 at f/1.4, white balance set off a napkin, ISO 3,200, vivid +3 saturation.) Playing with daddy's phone. (Casio EX-V850.)
04 January 2008, Friday, 7:07PM Ryan stands up all by himself for the very first time! He crawled over to me and started to crawl over me as I'm lying down on the floor as he often does, but instead of crawling over, he merely pushed up from my chest and stood straight up! He waved his hands in the air and just stood there for a while. Who hoo!
