INTRODUCTION

This is a pretty darn good manual focus lens.

For some reason some of the glass internally has yellowed on this lens, making it unsuitable for color photography and ideal for b/w.

SPECIFICATIONS

52mm filter, stops to f/16, focus to about a foot.

All metal construction.

PERFORMANCE

Color balance is severely yellow, making this lens useless for color photography. This is actually helpful for B/W photography if you don't use a yellow filter.

It is very sharp.

Barrel distortion is typical.

Ghosting is OK, I don't recall looking for it or seeing anything that bad.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Forget this for color. It is obviously too yellow. Try a different 35mm lens.
